Healthy Fruit Salad Snack

         Delicius! I love this easy, healthy and very quickly to do snack.

Recipe:


Cut in pieces 

-1 Banana 
-3 or more Strawberies 
-Pineapple as you want
-Nuts 


That's it! Can you believe it? It really does full your belly.

If you are trying to lose weigth or maintain your body do not eat this after 2pm.
