HEALTHY BREAKFAST/SNACK

Currently my favorite food/snack is greek yogurt + banana + natural peanut butter. It's extremely delicious and thanks God is a healthy option because I'm addicted to it. I want to eat it all the time.  
Besides how tasty is, It's also a great choice for breakfast or for a perfect post workout and obviously it can be eaten as a snack as well. Believe me when I tell you that you're going to be full after devouring it. 
Below I'm going to show you how to make THE EASIEST BUT powerful and delightful healthy breakfast!


Ingredients 
- 3/4 cup of Greek Yogurt 
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tsp of Peanut Butter
- Blueberries 
- Homemade Muesli or Granola (Try to find a healthy one or make it at home)

That's it! I know it's very simple to do but I wanted to share it you with you because I know sometimes we want to eat something different but we don't know what or we don't have time so I thought this was perfect.

Últimamente mi comida or snack favorito es yogurt griego + banana/cambur + mantequilla de mani natural. Es súper hiper delicioso. Gracias a Dios que es una opción saludable por que estoy sumamente adicta, quiero comerlo de desayuno, almuerzo y cena jaja.
Apesar de cuan delicioso es, resulta ser una buena y saludable elección para el desayuno o para tu post entrenamiento y bueno, también lo puedes comer como merienda. Créeme cuando te digo que vas a quedar lleno. 
Abajo voy dejo los ingredientes para preparar esta receta FÁCILMENTE. (Ojalá pudiera poner emojis jaja)

Ingredientes
- 3/4 Yogurt griego 
- 1 Banana/Cambur
- 1 Cucharada de Mantequilla de Mani Natural
- Blueberries (o la fruta que le quieras agregar)
- Muesli o Granola hecho en casa (Así tienes control de lo que vas a ingerir)

Y eso es todo! Sé que es mega fácil de hacer pero lo quería compartir con ustedes porque se que muchas veces queremos comer cosas diferentes pero no sabemos qué o no tenemos tiempo y me parece que esto es perfecto.
