 I love sharing healthy recipes with you guys.  No doubt I'll do this more frequently.

Most of the time people like to crave for something sweet but usually everything is full of sugar and bad ingredients. Today I bring to your homes a healthy big cookie? actually it looks more like a brownie... anyways.  I don't need to say much about it only how delicious it is. Just make this recipe and tell me your thoughts.

The best about this cookie/brownie

1. You won't need weird ingredients
2. It's doesn't take more than 5 minutes
3. It's heaven in your mouth
4. It's healthy

What you'll need

  • 2 Tbsp Oat flour     [You can do it by putting old fashion oats on the blender and tadaaa]
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • A pinch of Baking Soda
  • 2 or 3  1/2 Tsp of Stevia/ Truvia
  • 1/2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Almond Milk or whatever milk you have
  • Optional: Nuts on the top
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add the milk and peanut butter, combined them all together until you see an homogeneous mass; if you feel it too dry add more milk.
With you hand or spoon [I used a spoon] take the mixture and place it on a plate microwave resistant and flatten it. 
Heat it in the microwave for three periods of time,  30 secs, 30 secs and 30 secs.
Let it cool and eat.

WARNING: Don't do like me and pay attention when it's on the microwave. If yours is starting to look black is because is burning. 
The cookie should be brown not black hahaha!
