HEALTHY HOMEMADE SWEET POTATOES CHIPS

Amazing and delicious + healthy sweet potatoes chips!


INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Large sweet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced 
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tsp sea salt 




Preheat oven at 400 degrees F.  Slice the sweet potatoes thinly. Drizzle with oil and salt. Place the slices over a pan with covered with parchment paper. Baked for 12 min and than flip the chips over and bake for another 25 minutes. 


Remember they are a great source of carbs!!
