INGREDIENTS
  • One hand of Lettuce [Any type] 
  • Whole wheat pita on the oven 450 until they are crisp. Cut them into little pieces
  • Chicken
  • Any vegetable you would like to add
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon or a half
  • 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
